Momuciarpo Gallery was set up in July 2005 by R. Wilson and K. Pollard. Momuciarpo Gallery is located in a spacious and grand town house in the beautiful location of Place des Oies, situated in the heart of the medieval quarter of Saint Cyprien.
We are priveleged to present some of the most reputed artists of the Perigord region including painter Jean-Louis MIRABEL, as well a selection of talented international artists including glassworkers, sculptors and jewellers.
We have also been fortunate enough to concretise our passion for 1920's and 30's art with the exposition of a collection of rare works, shown for the first time outside of Germany, by Erich KLOIDT and Hilde KLOIDT, who were both students at the Weimer Bauhaus School from 1919 - 1921. This was during its famous first phase which many consider to be the most visionary and inspirational, during which Paul Klee, Lyonel Feininger, Walter Gropius and Johannes Itten were amongst the teachers.
