10 am : Meeting at Château Fonplégade Grand Cru Classé in Saint Emilion. You are now a real harvester.
Short tasting lesson as starter followed with a LUNCH served with the wines of the château.
In the afternoon, like a wine maker, you will blend different varieties of grapes yourself to try and get the same sample as your teacher. During this experiment, all the tasting mechanisms will be explained.
